If it’s your dog’s first time wearing shoes, that’s okay! We recommend letting them wear the Nü Barestep and taking them for a short walk on a leash. Most dogs get used to the feeling within seconds and begin walking — or even running — comfortably soon after.
8.What if we got the wrong size? Can you replace the item?
It is the customers responsibility to check on the size guide for appropriate measurements. But, we always ask for the dog's weight, breed, and photo so we can assist you better. We accept product replacements (only if the shoe is too small or big for your fur baby) but the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer. We will not accept replacements if there are issues or defects on the item caused by the buyer. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS.
9.Do you have a physical store?
As of the moment, we don't have a physical store yet but, we will be posting our booth and pop-up events so you can directly fit the shoe on your fur babies in person. We are also accepting meetups soon in nearby areas. Your fur babies' comfort is our TOP PRIORITY.
